Are you a vegan who is sick and tired of ordering salad after salad every time you go out to eat? If so, check out this informational video clip to see how you can change up your meal the next time you eat out.
You will learn that several restaurants actually have ingredients on hand that can be substituted for meat or dairy to make a non-vegan dish that is listed on the menu vegan. Fortunately for vegans, many Indian dishes are naturally vegan-friendly and do not have to be altered in any way, allowing for the intended fullness of flavor.
If you live in the Pawtucket area and are looking for a place to dine that serves an abundance of flavorful vegan options, check out Rasoi Restaurant. One of the many regional cuisines we specialize in is the Indian state of Gujarat, where the majority of the population is vegetarian. Call (401) 728-5500 to hear about our tasty vegan options or make a reservation today!

Fine Indian cuisine is always a treat. But when you have the perfect cocktail to pair with your Lamb Saag or Shrimp and Fish Jugalbandi, your dining experience can truly feel unparalleled. If you want your next outing to the culinary paradise of Rasoi Restaurant to be nothing less than perfect, try pairing the dish you choose with one of these delectable specialty cocktails:
Bollywood
If you want to feel like you are dining on the set of a Bollywood film, this pomegranate- and strawberry-juice-infused gin beverage might be just the thing. This drink pairs especially well with spicy curry dishes.
Caipirinha
The Caipirinha may be Brazil’s national cocktail, but Rasoi Restaurant makes a Caipirinha that is distinctly Indian. The lime and ice that you would expect from any Caipirinha are still featured, but the addition of mango juice and cachaca (made from fermented sugarcane juice) make this cocktail a great complement to any Indian meal.
Lychee Martini
Strong but fruity, a lychee martini will appeal to any lover of exotic cocktails. Enjoy a mix of Soho’s specialty lychee liqueur, Grand Marnier, and the smooth taste of Kettle One Vodka. The touch of fresh-squeezed lime juice adds to the lychee martini experience.
Rasoitini
If you have a passion for passion fruit juice, ask your waiter to introduce you to this true delight. Mixed with Absolut vodka and lime juice, a sip of this cocktail is a great way to follow every bite of the dish you order.
Mango Peach Cosmopolitan
Made with Grey Goose vodka, Fruja mango liqueur, peach schnapps, and Cointreau, this Cosmo is the classiest cocktail you’ll find.
Beer or Wine Alternative
If you are not feeling like a cocktail the next time you dine at Rasoi Restaurant in Pawtucket, try one of our Indian lagers, Kingfisher or Taj Mahal. Alternatively, you can opt for a wine flight: three 3-ounce tastes of wines from our extensive and quality selection of wines from around the world.
Whether you are celebrating with family or having drinks with your coworkers after work, Rasoi Restaurant has a cocktail for everyone. For more information about our mouthwatering dishes or hand-shaken cocktails, call (401) 728-5500!
