Want to learn how to cook amazing Indian cuisine? Join Chef and owner Sanjiv Dhar for Rasoi's 'Discover the Chef in You' Cooking Class on Monday February 20th!
The classes will be from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and as always we will have wonderful wines to accompany the cooking demo. At the end of the cooking demo, a family style dinner will be served. The class includes cooking demo, written recipes, wine and dinner. You enjoy the fruits of your labor, but more importantly the atmosphere is casual, very friendly and you are guaranteed to make new friends.
Menu will include:
1. Grilled cooked eggplant with a garlic yogurt sauce
2. Sliced potatoes with yellow split peas
3. Mughlai chicken
4. Green beans with tomato
Seats are limited. Please call Rasoi at (401) 728-5500 to book your spot. Cost is $40 per person.
